  • Active Accounts: Rendered videos and uploaded assets are retained as long as your account is active or until you delete them.

  • Deleted Content: Content you remove may remain on our servers for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.

  • Canceled Accounts: If you cancel your account, your content will be purged within 90 days.

4. How We Share Your Personal Information

We may share your personal information with:

  • Service providers: Companies that provide hosting (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), rendering compute, customer support, and analytics.

  • Public (at your direction): If you use "Public Share" links for your videos, that content becomes accessible to anyone with the link.

5. Your Choices

5.1. Access or update your information. You may review and update your account info by logging into getardin.com. 5.2. Opt-out of communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link at the bottom of the email. 5.3. Delete your content. You have the option to delete specific video projects or assets from your library at any time. 5.4. Close your account. You may request to close your account by contacting support@getardin.com.

6. Security

We employ technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data, including encryption of video assets at rest and in transit. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

7. International Data Transfer

Ardin is headquartered in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.
